WASH Cholera Project

 

Reducing the spread of cholera in our communities in Kano Nigeria. We created awareness on the dangers of cholera and how to prevent cholera, this was done due to the reported cases of cholera in Kano. We did a one-day workshop with 30 women households where we distributed water purifiers, emphasized on the need for good hygiene practices and ensured that their toilets were far away from any water source.

Food Systems Change Training

 There is an imminent danger of hunger and poverty looming worldwide; thus, we must start on a healthy diet, how we grow our food, and how all stakeholders should collaborate. It was a workshop session held in Kano at BON Hotel for 12 young would-be, existing, and start-up farmers.

Incentives such as fruit trees were given to them to start up on their production.
